PURPOSE:To securely stop a vehicle which travels toward a bridge right before the bridge when the measured value of one of an air speedometer and a seismometer provided nearby the bridge exceeds a specific value by displaying that on a display device and switching a signal to red, and slowing down the vehicle speed and making an indication in such a case. CONSTITUTION:When the measured value of one of the air speedometer 3 and seismometer 5 installed on and nearby the bridge 2 exceeds a specific value, a controller 4 displays the state wherein the air speed is larger than the specific value or earthquake occurrence on the display device 21 and the driver of the vehicle 9 knows that. At the same time, a signal 20 installed at a specific distance from the bridge 2 in the arrival direction of the vehicle 9 is switched from blue to red and indicators 7 and 8 indicate the vehicle speed which decreases stepwise toward the bridge according to the distance to the bridge 2, thereby securely stopping the vehicle which travels toward the bridge before the bridge.
