PURPOSE:To obtain the titled double-sided tacky tape having excellent rewinding properties and production efficiency and capable of smoothing application work, by providing a difference in adhesive force by the difference in crosslinking degree between the front and the back surfaces of a tacky agent layer consisting of a photocrosslinking type tacky agent containing an acrylic copolymer as a component. CONSTITUTION:The aimed double sided tacky tape, consisting of a tacky agent layer, consisting of a photocrosslinking type tacky agent obtained by using (C) 0.05-5pts.wt. optically active functional group-containing monomer in 100pts. wt. total amount of (A) an acrylic acid based alkyl ester and (B) a polar group- containing monomer and having a difference in adhesive force between the front and the back sides based on the difference in crosslinking degree. Since transfer bonding of the tacky agent layer to the side of a roll without following a release tape is effectively prevented in rewinding the tape as the roll through a release tape, application work is smoothed. Furthermore, since crosslinking treatment can be carried out by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, production efficiency is excellent.
