<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution to facilitate the maintenance by supplying power to arbitrary one of conductive narrow wires with an electronic pen to supply power between many conductive narrow wires and a counter electrode. CONSTITUTION:Many conductive narrow wires 11 pierce a light-transmissive surface substrate 1 throughout at intervals of a prescribed length. Power is supplied to arbitrary one of narrow wires 11 by an electronic pen 6 to supply power between narrow wires 11 and a counter electrode 13 which faces narrow wires 11 with an electrolyte 9 between them. Since electrochromic parts 12 arranged on the rear face of the surface substrate 1 correspondingly to narrow wires 11 emit/extinguish the light, mechanism parts and circuits to wind up and rewind the surface substrate are unnecessary, and consequently, the occurrence of trouble is reduced and the maintenance is facilitated.</p> |
