PURPOSE:To throttle the compressed air inside a powder to the end of a powder filling up space and to obtain a long sized forming product without contaminating compressed air in the forming product by enlarging the pressuring force exerted on the powder toward the end direction in order from the initial pressurizing zone. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing liquid 7 is fed between the initial pressurizing zone 25a-1 on the outer peripheral face of a pressurizing cylinder and the pressurizing liquid guide face 26f of a holding case from the pressurizing liquid feeding port 26c of the holding case. The pressurizing liquid 7 presses only the initial pressurizing zone 25a-1 at first, which is deformed with its expansion inside. The pressurized air inside a powder 14 is flowed into the powder not pressurized. Elastic seal rings 35, 35 reduce the ring outer diameter according to the reduction in the outer diameter of an annular recessed groove and lose its sealing function by forming the gap with the guide face 26f of the pressurizing liquid of the holding case. The pressurizing liquid 6 presses pressurizing zones 25a-2, 25a-3. The air existing in the powder 14 is drawn toward the ends 1a, 1b from the zone inside a powder filling up space 1 and no compressed air remains. |
