PRODUCTION OF BRAZING SHEET

PURPOSE:To make a core material in huge and flat recrystallized structure without reducing the formability by executing the final annealing treatment by heating it at specified temp. at specified temp. rise speed and executing specified stream introducing. CONSTITUTION:An Al-Mn alloy core material is held for 1-15hr at 530-620 deg.C to execute a homogenizing treatment. A stock is made by coating an Al-Si alloy on this core material and the final annealing treatment is executed by heating the stock at the temp. >=320 deg.C at the temp. rise speed of >=10 deg.C/min after rolling the stock. The stain introducing of 1% min. - 3% max. is then executed. A core material 6 and skin material 7 thus become the flat and long recrystallized grain hugely developed and the diffusion route in the face direction of Si in the skin phase 7 with a grain boundary 4 as the diffusion route is reduced and the Si diffusion in the plate thickness direction is thus checked effectively.
