PURPOSE:To enable the slack of a filter after molding to be prevented, while its cost is reduced by a method in which outer frames are integrally connected, and a plurality of filter reinforcing ribs supporting, in simultaneous molding, one of a pair of slopes molding the top part and the bottom part of the filter-wavy shape, are provided in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The top force 6 and the bottom force 7 of a die 5 have the wavy shapes corresponding to filters 2 on the inner side of outer frames, and molding is achieved, while the filter 2 with weaving creases is put therebetween. The filter reinforcing rib 3a on the top of a filter reinforcing rib 3 is provided on the under side of the wavy shape-top 2b of the filter 2, and the filter reinforcing rib 3b is provided on the upper side of wavy shape-bottom 2c. In molding, before the top parts of each wavy shape of the top force 6 and the bottom force 7 are molded, one of the slopes of a pair supports the top part 2b and the bottom part 2c of the filter 2. Consequently, the separate process for the fixing of the filter 2 to the outer frames and the molding of the reinforcing member to the filter 2, becomes unnecessary and its cost is reduced. Further since the rib 3 supports one of the slopes, another of the slopes is supported by the die 5, whereby the molding is achieved in the state of the filter having no slack. |
