PURPOSE:To prevent a thermal off-track of a data head by equipping with arms with heads, a block mounted with a coil, a hole formed by penetrating block, a rotating shaft inserted in this hole and combining members for fixing the block and the rotating shaft with each other in the middle part of the hole. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is equipped with the arms 2 having their heads 1, the block 3 mounted with the coil 5, the hole 9 formed by penetrating this block 3, the rotating shaft 4 inserted in this hole 9 and the combining members 22 and 23 for fixing the block 3 and the rotating shaft 4 to each other in the middle part of the hole 9. That is, since the block 3 and the rotat ing shaft 4 are fixed in the middle part of the hole 9, if, for instance, the block 3 is largely expanded, a deformation is absorbed at both ends of the opening parts of the hole 9 due to a difference between the block 3 and the rotating shaft 4 in their linear expansion coefficients, thus suppressing the deformation on the block 3 at the arm 2 fitting part to be minimized. By this method, the thermal off-track of the head of each tip of the arms 2 is prevented.
