PURPOSE:To aim at reducing time required for assembling work by providing an elastic body between two rocker arms with different oscillating quantities and setting the elastic force of the elastic body to be smaller than the friction force by a compressive spring. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 18 is provided between a rocker arm 10 and a rocker arm 14 with different oscillating quantities. A compressive spring 24 is installed, compressed, between a spring bearing part 10a of the rocker arm 10 and a spring bearing part 14a of the rocker arm 14. The elastic force of the elastic body 18 is set to be smaller then the friction force produced at the stopper surface between the rocker arms 10, 14 by the compressive spring 24. This enables both rocker arms to be integrated with each other at the time of assembling, thereby time required for assembling work can be reduced.
