PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing an epoxy resin, an acid anhydride hardener, a cure accelerator, a filler and an epoxy-modified silicone oil, exhibiting low viscosity and high thixotropy and keeping the thixotropy even after storage over a long period. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) an epoxy resin (e.g. bisphenol A diglycidyl ether), (B) an acid anhydride hardener (e.g. phthalic anhydride), (C) a cure accelerator (e.g. tertamines), (D) a filler (e.g. fused silica) and (E) preferably 2-3wt.% epoxy-modified silicone oil.
