发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING SHAFT PART
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the outer diameter of a shaft, by arranging optical measuring devices on the circumference of the circle facing to a surface to be measured at an equal interval and irradiating a shaft part with spot light from the outer periphery thereof to measure the reflected light from a chamfered tape surface. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 11 is added to a light source lamp 12 and the light from said lamp 12 is condensed and allowed to pass through an iris 14, a pinhole plate 15 and a collimator lens 16 to take out parallel light of phi5-8mm, and rotary and fixed polarizing plates 17, 18 are further arranged in front of the lens 16 to obtain the illumination matching with an object to be measured. The width (l) of the taper surface 34 of the outer peripheral edge A of a shaft 29 is observed. Illuminance is raised to the vicinity of a saturated state and a threshold value SV is preset to perform adjustment so that the wave form width between edges A, B becomes equal to the taper width (l) preliminarily measured in a mechanical way. A measuring apparatus 9 and an illumination apparatus 19 are arranged at a 120 deg.-interval in the circumferential direction and operational processing is performed on the basis of the obtained image data and fine adjustment is performed to correct a position. By this constitution, the outer diameter of a shaft part can be measured three-dimensionally and precisely in a non-contact state.
