PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated plate having excellent flame-retardance with a low cost, by combining two kinds of bromic flame-retardant agents whose pyrolysis temp. are different from each other by a specific value or more and specifying the pyrolysis temp. of one of the flame-retardant agents. CONSTITUTION:A large flame-retardant effect can be obtained by combining two kinds of flame-retardant agents whose pyrolysis temp. are different from each other by 30 deg.C or more and specifying the pyrolysis temp. of one of the flame-retardant agents to be 270-330 deg.C as the flame-retardant agent for a laminated plate. Examples of such flame-retardant agents are tetrabromobisphenol A, tribromophenyl-hydroxyethylether and so on. To obtain a laminated late, a base material is impregnated with a resin combined with the bromic flame-retardant agents, dried, heated and pressed. As the resin, usual modified phenolic resins, epoxy resins and so on are used and as the base material, craft papers, woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics made of cellulose fibers and so on are used.
