PURPOSE:To obtain digital transmission excellent in quality by deciding n-bit into n-piece of '0s' even if the operation is out of the BnZS code rule when two violation pulses in the n-bit are detected. CONSTITUTION:When 2-violation pulses in the n-bit are detected, even when the operation is out side of the BnZS code rule, the n-bit is decoded into n-set of '0s'. Suppose that a pulse train '+000+-0+00' shown in figure (a) has one error and becomes a pulse train '+00+-0-000' as shown in figure (b). That is, an error is considered such that one positive pulse is regarded to be missing. In such a case, since two violation pulses exist in 8-bit, the result is decoded into '10000000000' as shown in figure (c). This is the correct decoding when no error exists.
