PURPOSE:To observe the whole multicore optical fiber without using a large driving system by arranging a transparent body between optical fibers and an optical machine and rotating the transparent body around a shaft vertical to illuminating light rays. CONSTITUTION:The transparent body is arranged between the optical fibers 10 and the optical machine 30 and rotated around the shaft 52 vertical to the illuminating light rays 20. When the transparent body 50 is rotated in the clockwise direction at the time of observing left side optical fiber 10 in the optical fiber array, the illuminating light rays 20 are reflected like a solid line and are made incident upon an optical machine 30. When the transparent body 50 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction at the time of observing the right side optical fibers 10 out of the array, the light rays 20 are reflected like an alternate long and two short dashes line and are made incident upon the optical machine 30. In both the cases, it is unnecessary to move the optical fibers 10 and the optical machine 30. |
