PURPOSE:To prevent burn and contamination by composing a table of an upper part of magnetic material and a lower part of heat insulating material so as to make cooking possible without putting a pan directly on a top plate. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating device 7 is installed under the surface material of a top plate 6, and on the upper surface is put a table 8 formed of an upper part of magnetic material 8a and a lower part of heat insulating material 8b. When the table 8 is put on the surface material 6 of the top plate, a lead switch 10 put ON by lines of magnetic force of a magnet 9. If the switch of the induction heating device 7 is put ON to actuate the induction heating device 7, lines of magnetic force generated at an induction heating coil 11 start heating the part of magnetic material 8a of the table 8, where downward heat is shielded by the heat insulating material 8b, but it is conveyed only to a subject matter 13, which is heated. Thus a pan formed of nonmagnetic material such as an earthen pot can also be heated, and damage, burn and contamination of the top plate can be prevented. |
