PURPOSE:To prevent the sense of displeasant hearing or malfunction through the misrecognition of a reproduced DTMF signal as a control signal at reproduction by avoiding a signal during the input from being stored during the detection of the DTMF signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted to a voice signal input/output terminal 1 is inputted to an analog/digital conversion circuit 3 via a hybrid circuit 2 at the voice signal storage and converted into a digital code. Moreover, the signal inputted to the voice signal input/output terminal 1 is inputted also to a DTMF signal detection circuit 4. A storage/reproduction control circuit 5 stores an output of the conversion circuit 3 to a storage circuit 6 while the DTMF signal is not detected by the DTMF signal detection circuit 4 and does not store the output of the conversion circuit 3 for the time of detection when the DTMF signal is detected. During the voice signal reproduction a digital code stored in the storage circuit 6 is read by the storage/reproduction control circuit 5, converted into an analog signal by a digital/analog conversion circuit 7 and outputted from the voice signal input/output terminal 1 via the hybrid circuit 2.
