PURPOSE:To move a moving magnet forward by magnetic resiliency by composing a magnetic circuit of the moving magnet, top and bottom faces of which have unlike poles, a floating magnet and a driving magnet and forming a front section in the progressive direction of the moving magnet in height higher than a rear section. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit is constituted of moving magnets 2 fixed to a movable carriage 1 slender in the progressive direction, floating magnets 4 fastened to outer cylinders 3 extended in the progressive directions of the magnets 2 on the outer circumferences of the magnets 2, field magnets and driving magnets 6. These magnets 2, 4-6 are organized of permanent magnets, and the moving magnets 2 are magnetized at top-bottom face unlike poles and a plurality of magnet pieces are arranged in the progressive direction at regular intervals. A front-section top face in the progressive direction of the magnet 2 is heightened, and a rear-section top face is shaped in low height. The driving magnets 6 are also disposed in the progressive direction, and tilted and fixed so as to be inclined at an up-grade. Accordingly, since the top faces of the driving magnets are slanted toward the progressive directions of the moving magnets 2, strong drag works to the moving magnets 2, thus driving the moving magnets 2.
