PURPOSE:To offer versatile functions while replacing IC cards by functions by adopting the constitution such that the titled adaptor is connected between a telephone line and a telephone set through connector connection and removed easily therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The titled adaptor 1 is provided with the 1st connector 11 connecting to a telephone line 2 and the 2nd connector 12 connecting to a telephone set 3 so as to attain the loading and the replacement between the telephone line 2 and the telephone set 3. Moreover, the adaptor is provided with an A/D conversion section 14 converting a voice signal into a data, a means 30 writing the converted data into the IC card 4, a means 31 fetching the data stored in the IC card 4, a D/A conversion section 15 converting the fetched data into the voice signal and a signal discrimination section 16 discriminating the signal sent from the telephone line 2 and sends the data in the IC card 4 to the telephone line 2 via the D/A conversion section 15 as the voice.
