PURPOSE:To facilitate the processing of each of rotor magnets by miniaturizing the same, by arranging the rotor magnets so as to divide the same into the upper and lower parts of a rotor pinion. CONSTITUTION:A rotor is constituted of a rotor pinion 2 and the rotor magnets 3 held to the rotor pinion by magnet frames 7. Two stators 1 having the rotor provided thereto in an inserted state are provided so as to hold the coil core 8 of a coil 4 and the pinion 2 therebetween and the coil 4 is assembled so as to be held between the stators 1 and, since the stator 1 present under the coil core 8 can be made thinner than a stator when the magnets 3 are made large- scale, the height up to the upper surface of the coil 4 can be lowered. The transmission wheel 11 meshing with the rotor pinion 2 is preliminarily meshed with the rotor pinion 2 after the first stator is incorporated on a main plate 6 and the gear of the transmission wheel 11 is magnetically coupled with the rotor magnets 3 to unify the rotor with the transmission wheel 11 and, at the same time, a pinion 2 is inserted in the crown ring of the main plate 6 to perform assembling. Thereafter, the coil 4 is assembled on the stator 1 and the other stator 1 on the upper side is constructed to be assembled by tightening a screw 10.
