PURPOSE:To speedily set printing conditions and avoid the wasting of a printing base material or an ink in pulling a trial proof, by appropriately changing printing conditions calculated by a printing condition-calculating means by a printing condition-changing means, and outputting the formed data to a printing condition-setting driver for a press. CONSTITUTION:A computer 3 as a printing condition-setting means comprises a means 3a for calculating printing conditions by reading standardized printing conditions from a storage device 2, an input screen display means 3b for displaying input menu from a light pen 1 on a display device 4, a means 3c for changing the printing conditions calculated by the printing condition calculating means 3a, a means 3d for changing the standard condition stored in the storage device 2, and a means 3e for registering the changed data as actual printing conditions into the storage device 2. The computer 3 forms data to be given to a press, and controls the entire part of the system. |
