PURPOSE:To simply inspect with high reliability even when the number of relay elements is varied by sequentially inspecting a plurality of relay elements, and monitoring the total time required to finish the inspection from when the inspection is started. CONSTITUTION:An inspection time monitor 1 is provided in an inspection control unit PB0 in a device for inspecting relay elements 3 continued in a plurality of relay element units PB, and an inspection controller 4 is contained in each unit. In case of inspecting, inspection start and end signals are fed in series between inspection controllers 41 and 42 to return an inspection end signal from the final controller to the unit PB0. The total time until the end signal is returned is monitored by the monitor 1, thereby discriminating whether the relay element 3 is normal or not. |
