PURPOSE:To improve the charging efficiency by connecting a closed passage part with an intake passage communicating to each intake port of each cylinder whose intake cycle is not overlapped. CONSTITUTION:A closed passage part 6b or 7b whose terminal edge is closed is connected into an intake passage 6 or 7 communicating to each intake port 4a-4c or 4d-4f of each cylinder 3a-3c or 3d-3f whose intake cycle is not overlapped. The pressure wave propagated to the closed passage parts 6b and 7b from an intake port is reflected free from the reversal of positive and negative at the closed edge, superposed with the pressure wave of another cylinder. Therefore, the dynamic effect of intake can be developed, and the charging efficiency can be improved.
