PURPOSE:To charge many packaged materials into a heated conveyor in good timing, by removing a pushing plate when the heated conveyor is moved to a given position, and pushing the packaged materials powerfully to the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Each packaged material is captured by a capturing and arranging apparatus 1 and arranged at a given interval, directed to the same direction and fed in the direction of a charging apparatus 3 by a cylinder 2. When a sensing device 9 senses that part containing the packaged material of a heated conveyor 10 reaches a position for charging the packaged material, a cylinder 8 is operated to remove a receiving plate 5 from a tilted plate, and a pushing plate pushes powerfully the packaged material 11 stopped on the tilted plate to drop the packaged material 11 on the tilted plate. The packaged material 11 drops the tilted plate aslant to the heated conveyor 10 and then is charged accuratly into a partition provided in the heated conveyor 10. The charged packaged material is adjusted to the shape in the partition by a pushing apparatus 12 and then fed in the direction of a heating can. |
