REPAIRING OF WATER CHANNEL

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operation by a method in which a drain pipe connecting the upstream side and the downstream side of a section to be repaired is set and a box culvert separable into two at the middle of the side plate is assembled. CONSTITUTION:A cut off wall is provided on the upstream side and the downstream side of a water channel to be repaired and a drain pipe 2 is set between them. The concrete between the section to be repaired is chipped and a foundation material 11 and a plain mortar 12 are placed. A lower block A consisting of a bottom slab 22 and one of both side plates 23 and 24 is set on the downside of the pipe 2 through the space between the pipe 2 and the ground. An upper block B consisting of a top plate 21 and one of both the plates 23 and 24 is set on the lower block A and both the blocks A and B are connected with a coupler metal 25.
