PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of unequal settlement and frost-heaving by constructing a foundation in which the peripheral part of the foundation of a building is constructed in the form of reinforced concrete box having an appropriate thickness and the inside is packed with cobble stones. CONSTITUTION:The lower bottom 2 and the upper floor 3 of the foundation periphery 1 are constructed in the form of reinforced concrete box, and the inside is packed with cobble stone or decorated broken stones, whereby interrupting loss of heat to the other parts also by a complete heat insulating device. A hot water circulating pipe, a warm air circulating pipe, or an electric heating wire is buried in optional room floor. The construction cost can thus be reduced and fuel cost can also be exactly saved.
