PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material, having specific values of average particle diameter and glass transition temperature and a crosslinked structure and capable of providing electrically conductive films having good weather, water and solvent resistance and glossiness. CONSTITUTION:The aimed material, having <=100nm average particle diameter and a crosslinked structure and containing an aqueous emulsion having a lower glass transition temperature than that calculated by a weight fraction method as essential components. Furthermore, an aqueous emulsion using (meth)acrylic acid esters expressed by the formula (R1 and R2 are H or CH3; R3 is 1-18C alkyl), vinyl acetate, etc., is preferred as the above-mentioned aqueous emulsion.
