摘要 PURPOSE:To make small the fluctuating width of a helical winding angle, by forming a plurality of helical winding layers in a thickness direction, and making the helical winding angle at the center of the thickness at each helical winding layer to be equal each other in each helical winding layer. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of helical winding layers of continuous filaments are formed in the thickness direction by means of a filament winding technique. Each helical winding layer is so formed, that a required helical winding angle thetam can be obtained by controlling the rotative speed of a core metal and the feeding speed of the continuous filaments in the case when the apparent diameter of the core metal is d1m=di+di'/2 for the first layer, and each helical winding angle thetam can be obtained when the apparent diameter of the core metal is d2m=di'+dm/2, d3m=dm+de'/2 and d4m=de'+de/2 for the second, third and fourth layer respectively.
