PURPOSE:To extract a rotational output by controlling and inducing the mutual resiliency of two permanent magnets by a magnetic shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 2 is fixed on the inside of the upper-most section of a cylindrical cylinder 1, a permanent magnet 3 is fastened to the upper section of a piston in the cylinder, and both magnets 2-3 are formed so that they have the same pole and are repelled. An opening section is shaped to said cylinder 1 so that a magnetic shielding plate 4 can be turned between both magnets 2-3. A crankshaft 6 is connected to the lower section of said piston, and the revolution of the crankshaft 6 is extracted as an output from an engine shaft 8 by the combination 7 of gears. A generator 10 is rotated by the output, electricity is stored in a battery 11, a motor 5 is revolved by the power of the battery, and said magnetic shielding plate 4 is turned. Accordingly, mutual resiliency between the magnets 2-3 is controlled by electric energy in an extent that the shielding plate 4 is rotated, thus generating powerful revolving torque.
