PURPOSE:To enable managing the communication management information of each terminal equipment centralizingly at, e.g., a center station of a headquarter by providing a means storing the communication management information of its own equipment and a means outputting the communication management information to a communication terminal equipment to a gateway equipment and a terminal adaptor. CONSTITUTION:In the case of receiving a communication management information LOG output request, a LOG storage section 25 reads LOG information. Then the LOG information is outputted to a communication terminal equipment 15 via a terminal interface control section 23. Moreover, in the case of applying the LOG collection processing of all TAs in the LAN at a gateway GW and output processing to a public network, a LOG request instruction is sent to the terminal adaptor TA. Then the LOG information from the TA is received and the LOG information is stored in a LOC storage section 20. Furthermore, after the said processing is applied to all the TAs in the LAN, the LOG information in the LAN collected already is outputted to the public line via a public network interface 16.
