发明名称 CONTROLLER FOR FIXED POSITION STOPPING OF MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of the stopping position of a material by detecting the material speed just before the transfer position, performing a material tracking based on a correlation between the number of revolutions of a table roller and a traveling distance of the material. CONSTITUTION:Material detectors S1-SN are provided for a slider lifting device H, and a material speed detecting circuit E and a pulse correcting circuit F, tracking circuits D, G are arranged in the controller, respectively. The speed detecting circuit E detects the real speed of the material through the tracking circuit D and a timer circuit M, the braking distance arithmetic circuit B obtains the real braking distance L. The circuit G corrects the tracking distance l2 based on the real braking distance L. In this way because the accurate transfer timing is decided through the relation between the number of revolutions of the table roller and the material traveling distance, the accuracy of the material stopping position is improved.
