PURPOSE:To improve the durability of the titled roller by composing a silicone rubber layer from a heat curing type silicon rubber composition rubber having a specified composition, and by forming a fluorine resin layer on said layer. CONSTITUTION:The heat curing type silicone rubber composition comprises 5-300pts.wt. silica type filler, 0.1-5pts.wt. polyolefin type wax and 0.1-10pts. wt. an org. peroxide on the 100pts.wt. silicone rubber. The silicone rubber layer is formed from said rubber composition on a roller core axes by curing and sticking said composition to said axis. Thus, the thermal degradation of the silicone rubber layer is reduced, and the sticking improved, and the durability of the titled roller is improved, and the excellent roller characteristics is held for a long period. |
