PURPOSE:To enhance fuel response in acceleration and improve engine performance by arranging a tubular rib on an intake pipe at the upstream of a throttle valve in such a way as to be freely rotatable, and providing a drive device for inclining the injection port of a fuel injection valve to the specific side. CONSTITUTION:A tubular rib 23 is so provided as to be freely rotatable on an intake pipe 21 at the upstream side of a throttle valve 20, crossing the intake pipe 21 in parallel with a throttle valve spindle 27. A fuel injection valve 22 is fixed to the tubular rib 23. A drive device 29 is provided for turning the tubular rib 23 depending upon an operation condition and for inclining the injection port 31 of a fuel injection valve 32 toward an opening side in a downstream direction from the center of the throttle valve 20. According to the aforesaid system, fuel response in acceleration can be enhanced and engine performance can be improved.
