PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components by performing the positioning of a slider and the application of the returning force to the slider with the same member. CONSTITUTION:A slider 2 inserted into a casing 1 and having a push button section at the protruded position from the casing 1, a movable contact piece 5 closing a contact point 52 when pressed by the slider 3, a return spring 6 energizing the slider 2 from the casing 1, and a bimetal plate 4 releasing the coupling with the slider 2 and opening the contact point 52 when the overcurrent flows in the main circuit are provided. A through hole 23 formed perpendicularly to the moving direction is provided at the middle section of the slider 2, both end sections of the return spring 6 are fixed at the fixed positions in the casing 1, and its middle section is inserted into the through hole 23. The positioning of the slider is performed with the return spring 6. The number of components is thereby reduced.
