PURPOSE:To stabilize the opening and closing operation and to miniaturize the titled housing body by energizing an opening and closing member in the closing direction and providing arm parts for engaging with the opening and closing member at least on their one part, with energizing members which are bent in a differential direction from the energizing direction of the opening and closing member. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 8 is actuated by a torsion spring 9 with a force Fo from its tip H, this force Fo affecting it as the components of an energizing force Fox and an energizing force Foy. Thus, the energizing forces do not act on the shutter 8 in the direction of separating it from a disk cassette 6, so that by using the torsion spring 9, the shutter 8 is prevented from getting out of the disk cassette 6 or stopping on the way even or allowing the torsion spring 9 to fall off from the shutter 8. Then, the rigidity of the spring itself is increased by forming the arm parts 9a and 9b of the torsion spring 9 to be bent in the different direction from the energizing direction of the shutter 9, so that any bending on the arms can be prevented from occurring even at the time of max. deformation of the spring. By this method, the miniaturization can easily be performed.
