PURPOSE:To realize the reduction of labor and higher efficiency with a collator by attaining an on-line system as much as possible for the actions carried out from a time point when the entries of documents to be offered are finished to the end of these filling actions as well as the operating jobs related to said writing actions. CONSTITUTION:A slip data reading part 3 reads image data on the characters or patterns which are written on a slip 1 via a writing tool 2. A character/ pattern recognizing part 4 produces character codes or pattern commands based on the input data received from the part 3. A keyboard 5 gives instructions for editing jobs like corrections, changes, etc., of the input contents, the retrieving or registering processes of data, etc. A data storing part 7 stores a standard sealing image for collation or signature data. A display part 8 outputs either one of display outputs based on the results obtained from raw image data from the part 3 via the part 4 or work data needed for execution and operation of the display output of customer control information stored in the part 7. |
