PURPOSE:To make chrominance components of plural horizontal lines simultaneity so as to output them by providing plural read registers and simultaneously reading signal charges of plural lines. CONSTITUTION:Lights receiving elements 2, 2...2, transfer registers 5, 5...5 transferring the signal charges accumulated in the light receiving elements 2, 2...2 and plural read registers 10 and 11 reading the signal charges transferred by the transfer registers 5, 5...5 are provided. With plural read registers 10 and 11, the signal charges of plural horizontal lines are simultaneously read. With using and applying a single plate type filter array for a single plate type color camera, the chrominance components of plural horizontal lines are made simultaneity so as to be outputted, whereby it comes to be unnecessary to provide a one horizontal delay circuit and make the chrominance components of plural horizontal lines simultaneity. Thus, a signal processing circuit can be simplified.
