PURPOSE:To correct the feed by providing arms on an outer ring adapted to transmit rotation to a web feed roller through a one-way clutch and forming a contact surface of a stopper where the arm is brought into contact in such a manner as to change the contact surface in the axial direction in proportion to an angle of rotation. CONSTITUTION:A mark M is put on a web W and the shifting amount of the web is detected by photoelectric switches 31, 32 to control the rotation of a feed roller 12. A one-way clutch 18 is fixed to a transmission shaft 17 to the roller 12, and arms 22, 23 are projected on an end flange 21 of an outer ring 20. A rod 24 is fixed to the arm 22, so that the transmission shaft 17 is intermittently driven in one direction by the up-and-down motion of the rod 24. When the rod 24 is moved down, the arm 23 is brought into contact with a contact surface 25 of a stopper 26. The contact surface 25 is formed in such a manner as to change in the axial direction in proportion to an angle of rotation. The contact surface 25 is changed in angle in proportion to the shifting amount to change the contact position of the arm 23, so that the amount of rotation of the roller 12 is changed in proportion to the shifting amount to correct the feed.
