PURPOSE:To attain incoming call rejection or incoming call permission only to a specific party by analyzing a dial sender number to decide whether or not an incoming call rejection service is to be executed. CONSTITUTION:When a call comes to a terminal 4 connected to an exchange 1, at first the number of a call destination is analyzed. When it is decided for the terminal 4 for the setting and registration of the incoming rejection service depending on the result of analysis, a central control unit 2 analyzes next the dial sender number and discriminates whether the incoming rejection is allowed to the caller telephone set via a memory 6. When the incoming rejection is negative, a call signal is sent to the telephone set of the incoming destination and when the incoming rejection is affirmative, a busy tone is sent to the dialing sender telephone set.
