PURPOSE:To make it possible to have mold stockers and a posture changing device for common use to a plurality of molding machine by a method wherein preparatory truck lines and molding machine areas are respectively and adjoiningly provided at both sides of each stocker line, in which a plurality of the mold stockers are provided, and the respective preparatory truck lines and the mold posture changing device are connected by a carrier truck line. CONSTITUTION:Molds are respectively transferred between mold stockers 6 in stocker lines D1 and D2 and molding machine 15 in molding machine areas F1-F3 by means of preparatory trucks 10, resulting in using molds M stocked in respective mold stockers 6 commonly by a plurality of the molding machines, which are provided at both sides of each stocker line. Further, when a mold is carried from one side of the molding machine, area to the other side molding machine area, the carrying of the mold is done by traversing the adjoining preparatory truck lines E1-E3 and stocker lines, resulting in changing the mold in a short distance at the time of trouble of a molding machine or the like. On the other hand, a mold is transferred between each molding machine and a posture changing device 30 by utilizing each preparatory truck line and one carrier truck line G only, resulting in sharing the posture changing device 30 among the molding machines. |
