PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet, in which resin as an inner layer and metal foils as a surface layer are integrated with each other by a method wherein resin-impregnated base materials and the metal foil are substantially, simultaneously and continuously fed before the heat curing process of the resin in the continuous manufacture of a resin sheet by heat-curing resin composition between running belts, which are opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:When thermosetting resin is used, a composition consisting of main agent, curing agent and catalyst is employed and filler is added, when necessary. The resin composition 6 is fed between belts, each of which covers a roll 3. Simultaneously, metal foils 4 and base materials, each of which is impregnated with resin in an impregnating tank 7, are also fed between the belts. The impregnated resin just mentioned above is used as it is or under semi-cured state. The metal foils, the base materials and the resin composition, all of which are pinched between the opposing belts, are heated in processing devices 2 so as to react the middle resin composition. The thermosetting resin sets during the passing through said region. Thermoplastic resin polymerizes here and cools and cures by setting temperatures properly. |
