PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture many kinds of resin-composite metal sheets by a structure wherein a plurality of changeable sheet passing zones of resin film band and of metal band are selectively provided for passing sheets made of resin film or metal band and at the same time resin coating devices are annexed. CONSTITUTION:In order to cover one side of a metal sheet 8 with resin 9, a metal band coil is arranged to an unwinder 1b so as to unwind the coil in order to apply resin 9 on the coil with a coating device 7b in a sheet passing zone 3b, and to make the resin uniform through a heating furnace 6 with hot press rolls 2 and to take up the coil from a product sheet passing zone 5 to an unwinder 4. And in order to form two different layers, which are respectively made of resins 9 and 9a, onto one side of the metal sheet 8, similarly the metal band is passed through the sheet passing zone 3b and coated with resin on one side of the metal band with the coating device 7b and, after that, supplied to the hot press rolls 2 and simultaneously a resin film is unwound from an unwinder 1c and supplied through a sheet passing zone 3c to the rolls 2. Further, in order to form three different layers, which are respectively made of resins 9, 9a and 9b, onto one side of the metal sheet 8, a resin film is unwound from an unwinder 1a and supplied to the hot press rolls 2 in addition to the previous process.
