PURPOSE:To decrease number of component parts so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and also to improve the accuracy of assembling the captioned device by providing a reversing portion on at least either on a manuscript copy feeding portion or a manuscript copy discharging portion to reverse a manuscript. CONSTITUTION:A manuscript copy M is conveyed to the left interior side of the device by a bias forwarding roller 17a and biasedly compensated after its end contacts a stopper 19 and the interior side contacts a base wall. After lapse of the fixed time, the stopper 19 opens and the manuscript copy M, being sent to a conveyor roller 20, is sandwiched between the conveyor roller 20 and a conveyor belt 3 rotating synchronously with the opening time of the stopper 19 and then conveyed onto a platen 2 through a manuscript copy feeding path 12 with the guidance of a guide rib 6a and a guide plate 11. After lapse of the fixed time, the conveyor belt 3 turns reversely so as to make the manuscript copy M contact a projection 21 and ride on it. The manuscript copy M is then reproduced and conveyed on the conveyor belt 3 to be discharged from a discharge outlet 10 to a discharge tray 14 after being guided to a discharge roller 22 by a guide plate 13 and a guide rib 6b through a manuscript copy discharge path 15 in a sandwiched condition between the roller 22 and the conveyor belt 3.
