PURPOSE:To make it possible to change a pallet with cables being constantly in their connected state by loopedly providing the cables, namely hydraulic hoses and power source cords connected to work fixtures on the pallet, on a cable bearing member. CONSTITUTION:A pallet changing device has work fixtures F1, F2 fixed on a pallet P2 mounted on a pallet stocker 18 located near a machine tool 12 and a pallet P1 on the table 16 of the machine tool 12 respectively, and cables 74, 76, namely electric cords and hydraulic hoses, connected to the fixtures F1, F2. The pallets P1, P2 are exchanged by the slewing motion of changer arms 25, 26. The cables 74, 76 are mounted on the pallet changing device, which is provided with a cable bearing member 50 turning interlocking with the changer arms 25, 26 of the pallet changing device 20. The cables 74, 76 are loopedly arranged around the turning axis of the cable bearing member 50, and connected to the work fixtures F1, F2 with stack.
