PURPOSE:To monitor the monitor area of a wide range by the transmission control part of one transmission side by connecting an arbitrary driving control part to the transmission control part of the transmission side through a driving receiving control part, a driving transmission path and a driving transmission control part and connecting a corresponding television camera to the driving transmission path. CONSTITUTION:The arbitrary driving control part 8 is connected to the transmission control part 11 of the transmission side through the driving receiving control part 51 and the driving transmission control part 53 through the driving transmission path 52. The television camera 1 corresponding to the arbitrary driving control part 8 is connected to the driving transmission path 52 and a driving part television monitor 54 and a driving part operating device 55 are connected to the driving transmission control part 53. Accordingly, the television camera can be disposed in the monitor area of the wide range by one transmission control part 11 of the transmission side and a visual field can be monitored from the transmission control part of the transmission side. Thereby, the maintenance and the inspection of the television camera can be easily carried out by the driving part television monitor 54 and the driving part operating device 55.
