摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a humidity sensor which is heat-resistance and has a better preparing property, and in which a resistant value changes in sensitive response to humidity, by a method wherein a polyorganophosphazen compound is used. CONSTITUTION:Polyorganophosphazen, which is represented by a formula [R<1>, R<2> are aryl, aryl halide, alkylaryl, or -CH2R<5> (R<5> is alkyl fluoride of C1-12 which is sufficiently fluoridized), n is 10-50,000] is prepared to obtain a humidity sensor. The polymer is excellent in a heat resistance and a preparing property, and an electronic resistance-humidity characterstic. A sensor, which is sensitive to the humidity, can thus be obtained at a better processing property and yield rate.</p>
