PURPOSE:To surely carry only one blank sheet maintaining a fixed posture by providing a guide member to guide a carrier arm in the direction to sweep off the blank sheet with a sweep off block. CONSTITUTION:When a revolving portion 25 is rotated, a carrier arm 12 rotates at a fixed height guided by a guide member 17 through a cam follower. Blank sheets 15a, 15b are carried up to a sweep off block 16 maintaining its fixed posture by a vacuum pad 13 and a stabilizer pin 38. The second blank sheet 15b, which is an excess, moves so as to horizontally hit the step portion 43 of the sweep off block 16 while the carrier arm 12 is guided by the guide member 17. By doing so, the second blank sheet 15b, being made to make a horizontal move by the step portion 43, goes away from the first blank sheet 15a in a horizontal direction and is finally swept off.
