PURPOSE:To simplify an electrifier by constituting a wire cartridge in which discharging wire feeding-out and take-up means and the discharging wire stretched around these means are stored. CONSTITUTION:A wire cartridge 1 consists of a feeding-out means 34 and a take-up means 36 of a discharging wire 14, and the discharging wire 14 stretched around them are stored, and this cartridge 1 is attached to one end of an electrifier body 2 by one touch, and the discharging wire 14 is stretched in a shield plate 6 of the electrifier body 2. The discharging wire 14 is automatically wound by a driving means M to replace the used part of the wire 14 with a fresh part if necessary. Thus, the maintenance is facilitated and the constitution of the electrifier is simplified.
