PURPOSE:To facilitate deformation and dimensional management of coat tube, to realize stable insertion with a decreased length of insertion and to increase a speed of the inserting operation, by passing a flat coat tube between rollers having V-shaped grooves on the outer peripheries opposed to each ether, so that the tube is deformed to have a rectangular cross section and then inserting an electronic component into the tube by two or more steps. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 11, 12 having V-shaped grooves 11a, 12a on the outer peripheries opposed to each other are pressure contacted with each other by elasticity of a spring 13. The outer periphery of the roller 11 is formed of rubber 11b. A coat tube 14 having a flat shape is inserted between the grooves 11a and 12a of the rollers 11, 12 with its length placed along the direction of diameters of the rollers 11, 12, whereby the tube is deformed to have a rectangular cross section when it comes out of the rollers 11, 12, A resistor 3 may be inserted into the coat tube 14 by several steps, namely, the resistor 3 is inserted partially thereinto in the first step and then it is inserted totally in the next step. |
