PURPOSE:To prevent a useless alarm output in case of transmission enable state practically by using an AND output between a reduction detection signal of a transmission output and a reduction detection signal of a battery voltage so as to drive a battery voltage reduction alarm device. CONSTITUTION:A transmission output of a transmitter 2 is detected by a detector 6, the output of the detector 6 is compared with a preset allowable quantity preset by a comparator 7 to detect it that the transmission output is reduced to a prescribed allowable value or below. Moreover, the voltage of a battery 1 decreased to a prescribed permissible value or below is detected by a detector 8. Then an output signal of the comparator 7 being a detection signal of the detector 6 and a detection signal of a detector 3 are inputted to an AND circuit 9, the output signal of which drives a voltage reduction alarm device 10. Thus, the generation of disadvantage such as the presence of voltage drop alarm at transmission and no alarm at standby is prevented. |
