PURPOSE:To collect only data received from parts to be controlled at a high speed by decoding address information signals received from each part to be controlled via a control part. CONSTITUTION:Respective parts A1-An to be controlled output signals showing the presence of transmission data to their own time slots allocated to a response data line 5 as long as the parts A1-An have data to be sent to a control part 1. The part 1 always monitors the lines 5 sent from each part to be controlled via an address/data detecting circuit C. If an address information signal is produced on the line 5 sent from a part AX, the part 1 detects the address information signal received from a part to be controlled via the circuit C and outputs a data collecting signal including a prescribed address signal to the part AX via a control line 4. Thus the part AX having a prescribed address equal to the address outputted from the part 1 sends back a response signal via the line 5 in a frame following the data collecting signal.
