PURPOSE:To recover only a reusable toner by making the toner control width of a toner control gap narrower than that in a developing device and supplying the recovered used toner upstream side of a blade and allowing this toner to pass the toner control gap. CONSTITUTION:A practical toner control width (d) of the toner control gap between a nonmagnetic sleeve 24 and a blade 25 is made narrower than that in a developing device, and a recovered used toner 22 is supplied upstream side of the blade 25 and is allowed to pass the toner control gap. Thus, flocculation of the toner 22, pieces of a recording paper, etc., are classified, and the toner which passes the toner control gap can pass the toner control gap in the developing device and is reused in the developing device without hindrance. |
